Compliment for Hair Specialist Vivi- I was served by Vivi for a scalp treatment. She is very meticulous and professional. She explains the procedure and hair products used in a clear and concise manner, providing assurance of safe and high quality treatment provided. She carried out the procedures in a timely manner; she impressed me when she came immediately when the alarm for steamer sounded. Vivi also engages me with relatable conversations. I sensed that Vivi is a highly dedicated and committed staff, whom is passionate about providing nothing but the best for her client. The combination of Vivi's skills and the array of Dr Hair's products did made my scalp look much cleaner and healthier when we compare the before and after scalp analysis. She is a valuable asset to Dr Hair, and the service industry. I am very satisfied to be served by her. She deserves a medal. Thank you Vivi.

I am a lover of spas and facial and would say DrSpa is the worst I have attended.

Never sign packages with them as they are overworked and waiting period is months. The frustration of getting an appointment is worse than waiting for lottery to strike.

When I signed up earlier, I received expired free gifts.

The session was rushed through hastily as I was late for 15 min. They immediately deduct 30 min of my treatment as they say next customer coming. I have no choice but to be at their mercy. Go for DrSpa if you are in for a military training if not you get punished.

Good marketing though. Nothing much. Quite a joke if you want to experience pricey and normal pasar standard facials and treatments with loooooong waiting time for your next appointment. Maybe I would already be in the moon when I’m allowed the next appointment.

Weeks ago, as Dr Spa changed their online booking system, I booked my facial via Watsapp. Now they claimed they didnt take down my appt due to miscomm and tell me fully booked today. They are irresponsible for making me not able to go for facials for months due to technical issues and not honouring what they promise on my appts. It is a waste of money to buy packages from them that cannot be used.

Worst facial ever. I signed up for package was promised a 75 min session. Have increased points and facial is like 45 mins. Little eye and face massage. Slap on mask and leave you for 15 minutes of the 60 min facial

It’s my first time using DrGL products and I’m amazed by the quality! I’ve tried 2 of their products- the anti-aging Cleanser and Cosmos Scrub. Love how the scrub can be incorporated into any of my cleanser to give a good exfoliation to my skin, and love the cleanser that doesn’t leave my skin feels dry after each wash. Highly recommended!! Next, I gonna try their treatment so, will share more later! :)
